As a 69-year-old who has a full-time 40-hour-week job outside the house plus nearly 100% responsibility for all the housework and no intention of retiring, I am wondering, as you said, how much assumption will be made that just because I'm nearing 70 I'll have a lot of free time for these resolutions.
Thoughts
Yay!
>> You really must have researched "back a ways" to find the one from 2023.<<
I just searched resolutions and goals for seniors, retirees, and grandparents. A lot came up from earlier years. The 2025 batch is just starting.

There is a lot about "spend more time on" a hobby, friends/family, learning new things, etc. As you are not retired, the stuff aimed at that phase of life may not apply to you.
However, there's a good deal of stuff on health, like trying new foods; self-care, like pampering your body a bit; and other things that may not take a big bite of time. Several sources recommending setting just 10 minutes a day on a goal, which could work for anything from walking to reading.
One good for older people in general is making an effort to catalog family photos and other memorabilia, or record family stories. You might be the last person who remembers them and can do it. My partner, who enjoys genealogy, gathered his siblings to label and exchange photos, record stories, etc. and they had a great time with it. An advantage of this type of goal is that it can be done in an afternoon or few a year, it doesn't require a daily commitment. You could likely roll it into a holiday gathering as something for people to do together.
